Flextech IT (ABN 26678811900) provides remote and on-site home IT support and solutions to customers within the Sutherland Shire Council area as detailed elsewhere on this website (https://flextech.au).

If you engage Flextech IT to supply support and solutions to you, then you agree that the terms below will regulate the supply.

Flextech IT charges for the supply of its goods and services in accordance with the pricing information detailed on the pricing webpage (https://www.flextech.au/pricing). Flextech IT will charge you for a minimum of 1 hour for IT support consultations, with additional time charged in 15 min increments.

For the supply of IT support consultation services only, full payment must be made at the conclusion of the appointment. Payment must be made in person via a portable card machine, using the payment methods specified on the Flextech IT website. For the supply of quoted goods and solutions only, full payment must be made in advance before any work can start. Payment must be made via the payment link provided on the online invoice, using the payment methods specified on the Flextech IT website. Goods purchased may be returned, only as per the warranty and other terms noted in the quote accepted by the customer.

Flextech IT can’t guarantee a solution for all IT issues you may have, and you acknowledge that, some solutions may involve optional extra costs for additional products, services and device repairs. You acknowledge that Flextech IT does not carry out hardware repairs and you agree that Flextech IT will not be liable for any hardware failure which may occur in the course of Flextech IT supplying its services.

You agree that Flextech IT will not be liable for any data loss which may occur in the course of supply. Unless you are not able to do so because of a device or software failure, and unless you advise Flextech IT otherwise prior to its consultant commencing to supply its services, Flextech IT will assume that you have backed up all of your data.

You must provide a safe working environment for Flextech IT consultants. You may be required to provide passwords to enable Flextech IT to provide the service requested by you. Passwords will not be stored by Flextech IT and you will be instructed on how to change the password at the completion of the work by Flextech IT. If you do not wish to provide passwords to Flextech IT, Flextech IT may not be able to provide a complete solution for you.

You must ensure that a person 18 years of age or older is present for the full duration of the IT consultation at the specified address. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian will need to contact us and give their permission for Flextech IT to supply its goods and services to you.

Flextech IT supplies goods and services in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, which protects consumers from certain unfair behaviour by businesses that sell goods and services. Customers may contact Flextech IT at any time, with concerns and/or complaints related to the supply of Flextech IT’s goods or services via the contact details made available on this website (https://flextech.au). Flextech IT will always do our best to provide good outcomes for our customers, however, in the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns and/or complaints, customers may contact the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), who oversee the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (https://www.accc.gov.au).
